He has completed over 650 real estate transactions and manages $70M in capital from individuals and institutional investors over the past 15 years. He also has taught thousands of students across the US how to wholesale and rehab properties, raise private capital, and build a portfolio of rental properties, and is a sought-out speaker at local and national real estate conferences. He is also co-owner in Apex Title Group, where is a licensed title producer, and co-owner of The REI Bros Real Estate education system and seminars. He has co-authored 3 Best-Selling books on business and real estate. Shomail completed his undergrad at Rutgers College and graduated with Honors from the Executive MBA program at Rutgers Business School.
